Tim began his career in executive search, where he saw how talent can be to the success -- or failure -- of a business. He founded GVentures with the belief that leadership decisions are among the highest-leverage drivers of value creation.  

GVentures partners with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on senior finance and operating searches, helping firms make better talent decisions consistently at scale. The philosophy is simple: talent is alpha.
